1976 Bernard and Linus Hammell acquired the Allis-Chalmers dealership located in Chatfield, MN.
1978 They built the Allis Chalmers dealership in Rushford, MN.
1992 Linus and Bernard Hammell and Larry Kruse purchased the AGCO dealership from Deters Implement in Eitzen, MN.
2008 They purchased the Case IH dealership from P&H Implement in Harmony, MN.
